Paid tasks for the AI economy
Verified people complete paid tasks that produce training and evaluation data. Consent travels with every item. The programme is separate from everything else on TalentFlex: its own database, its own access, and nothing from your messages, engagements or profile ever enters it.
Never collected
- Anything from your messages, engagements, profile, interviews or employer work
- Recordings outside a task you accepted
- Biometric identifiers for identification
- Data about protected traits
- Your contacts or location history
Questions, concerns or a task that went wrong: trust@talentflex.ai.
Withdrawing consent stops future use of your submissions. Data a buyer already licensed stays under the licence they agreed; that cannot be recalled, and we say so before you start.
Buyers
- ai lab: 4
- enterprise: 3
- research: 4
Every task shows the buyer's category (and name when the buyer allows), the purpose, the licence, retention, pay and time. Buyers sign an acceptable-use agreement: no surveillance, no biometric identification datasets, no targeting of protected groups, no use against contributors.
Pay floors
